Road Train Clonakilty

The West Cork Model Railway Village is delighted to announce the exciting arrival of
“Tschu Tschu”.

The road train tours daily in the summer and on weekends in the winter around the town and surrounding areas of Clonakilty, boasting the red and green of Clonakilty.


Road Train Clonakilty

Given the intrinsic links between Clonakilty and the West Cork Railway this train will compliment and enhance the image of the town as a tourist destination giving our visitors a fantastic way to tour the town and enjoy the sights.

The train will depart daily from the Model Village to Clonakilty and will transport up to 50 passengers per trip around the town. We know that the train has proved to be an invaluable asset to the town of Clonakilty and a unique attraction for visitors to the area.
